If any piece of furniture is proved defective because of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge to you.  To obtain warranty service, the consumer must deliver the product or part to American Traders at the consumer's expense.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by modifications, alteration, physical abuse or misuse of the product.
